Excellent, if anything there are to many choices.
Thank you for this resource. I can not donate at this time as I am a

Absolutely amazing! Much thanks and respect for doing so much work and research. I keep on going to research things but then finding its already done on this database which is such an amazing asset. Only think I would improve is on the search page I would make it possible to search for properties and use of plants together. For example I want to find a fast growing plant that is good for burning and takes up as little space as possible so good for an urban setting. Any ideas anyone? With the search page at the moment though you can only search for use or the properties of a plant. Brilliant one anyway.
It would be really good, under 'repellents' to be able to search by the name of the insect/animal to be repelled: At the moment, I could only do this by opening every page on the list of plants with repellent properties - some job! Also, if at all possible, a little bit more detail on which insects a plant is particularly good for would be nice. Although some of the entries specify 'ants' 'flies' or 'lice for example, there are a lot which say only 'insects'. Also, I only found one or two entries which specified the type of fly repelled - important information for gardeners, as they will be looking to rid themselves of a particular problem, eg: greenfly, blackfly or simply common housefly.

It would be great to search plants after their nutrients content... for example Calcium...list of plants with ascending ordered by decreasing content.
Thanks for your service!

I have to agree with "Grubby_urchin" - I love this site but it would be so much more useful if the search page allowed more complex searches. For instance, I've been looking for ground cover plants, and wanted to narrow down the list by various critera, but there is currently no way to do this. I followed a link to the US version of the site, which supposedly allows more complex searches, but it doesn't work.
Otherwise, keep up the good work!
